We run a range of courses and workshops during the year including Music Therapy, Mindfulness, Penny Brohn Living Well with Cancer, Managing Anxiety, Confidence Building, Pink Ribbon Pilates, Skills workshops, etc.
All of our services are delivered by a qualified team, specialized and experienced in helping people cope with long-term illnesses.
Our services are carried out mainly at the Sunflowers Centre in Aigburth and also at other Sunflowers pop-up sites throughout the region. We have a small staff team and a large and dedicated team of volunteers.
