Natia is designed to support people affected by cancer. Our app has been co-developed by clinical psychologists, academic researchers, and meditation, yoga, breath, and music specialists, as well as cancer patients and caregivers. Each Natia core intervention is grounded in science.

Increasingly, scientific research shows that the techniques available on our app can improve the wellbeing of people affected by cancer.  

Intended to be practiced regularly by cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers, these interventions can become tools to help them cope with the difficulty in their lives.

Over time, we hope to foster and improve a sense of mindfulness in our users, teaching them how to choose their response to difficult thoughts and experiences, rather than react.
