I am a highly qualified and experienced nutritionist, registered with the Association for Nutrition (RNutr).

With a first-class Masters degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and a distinction in my Master of Medical Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Sheffield, I am continually updating my academic knowledge and broadening my professional experience. I assess current nutritional issues in the context of scientific research and incorporate the latest evidence into my dietary advice and presentations.

As the mother of four children and having personally experienced several significant health issues myself, such as breast cancer, gestational diabetes, pre-diabetes and thyroid disease, I am passionate about the importance of nutrition.

My consultancy is called FadFree Nutrition. I offer trusted, professional advice to a diverse range of clients in the corporate, school and home environments. My dietary advice is rigorously based on scientific evidence, not fads, trends or gimmicks.

Managing a busy family, I understand the dietary issues facing everyone with busy and demanding lives. I strive to offer practical and realistic nutritional solutions which fit into real life.
