At Cancer Care Parcel, we aim to provide trusted, practical, and compassionate resources to people affected by cancer. Who Can Contribute?

We invite contributions from:

  • Healthcare professionals with relevant expertise in oncology, recovery, or cancer-related side effects
  • Charities and non-profits supporting people affected by cancer
  • Service providers working directly with cancer patients (e.g. counselling, nutrition, body image support)
  • Companies offering carefully considered products that assist with cancer-related challenges (e.g. gentle skincare, oral care, sleep aids, menopause support)

Whether you're contributing as an individual, on behalf of an organisation, or as a brand with a relevant product, the key requirement is that your content provides real, practical value to people affected by cancer.

What the Webinar Should Cover

The webinar must be instructional and focused on helping cancer patients, people post-cancer, or their loved ones. You might share:

  • Practical ways to manage cancer side effects (e.g. menopause, skin irritation, mouth sores)
  • How your product or service is designed to help people with cancer in a specific and evidence-based way
  • Emotional or lifestyle support strategies grounded in professional expertise
  • Experiences from your organisation’s work with people affected by cancer

We welcome different formats—from how-to demonstrations to short talks or explainer videos. Webinars can be up to 60 minutes in length and recorded in a quiet environment with clear video and audio.

What We Offer in Return

  • A supportive, non-promotional introduction to you and your work
  • Your name, organisation, or company featured at the end of the webinar
  • Links to your website, social media, product or service pages, and contact details if desired
  • Ongoing visibility within our highly visited webinar library

We want our visitors to understand who you are and why your voice matters—while keeping the focus on helpful, empowering content.Submission and Content Guidelines

Content Guidelines

  • Webinars must be educational and informative—not promotional
  • You may introduce your work or product, but the focus should be on practical application and real value to the audience
  • Avoid emotionally charged terms such as fighter, battle, brave, winning, or losing
  • No mention of miracle cures, religious content, or unsupported medical claims
