Our Vision and Values
We use technology and a patient-first approach to democratize clinical trial access, so that every patient has the best chances of recovery and leading a healthy life.

We provide unbiased clinical trial information by collecting information from public registries so that patients, their healthcare professionals, and their loved ones can evaluate all potential treatment options. We believe it is important that every patient has a full overview of their options, separate from financial interests in the industry. Ancora does NOT recommend particular trials and does NOT limit results because we have a commercial deal with a sponsor.

Empowering patients is important to us. Ancora helps patients and their doctors and caregivers make the best personal decisions for their treatment plan. Ancora is free to use for all patients. We believe that clinical trials are an amazing way for patients to access the latest advances in medicine, and we are dedicated to helping raise awareness about clinical trials as an option to be considered.

Clinical research has a diversity problem. For example, currently, 86% of participants in US clinical trials are white. This has resulted in some serious problems, as if only one kind of person participates in clinical trials then the findings are not always generalizable in other populations. We can develop better, safer, more effective treatments if clinical trials are more reflective of diverse populations (e.g, all ages, genders, races and ethnicities). Ancora allows ALL patients to search for and learn about clinical trials directly, without any education, insurance or physician-related barriers, making clinical trials more diverse.
