Leonardo has been working in radiotherapy for more than 6 years, with 3D radiotherapy, HDR Brachytherapy, and radiosurgery. He is also a radiological protection officer in Safetran and in Liga Contra el Cancer Hospital, in Honduras.
There is a wide range of radiation in nature, to which we are exposed at all times, however; the use of radiation in medicine has been one of the great advances in applied basic sciences.
