Alison Hitchcock
Alison Hitchcock is co-founder of From Me to You, a national campaign encouraging us to write letters to friends suffering from cancer. She has a Master’s in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, having left a City career in 2010 to pursue a love of writing She was runner-up in the inaugural SASH Writing Competition and is published in their anthology, Homeless. Her work has also appeared in Mechanics’ Institute Review 12, The Interpreter’s House and Every Day Fiction.
Brian Greenley
After being diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2010, he gave up work at PwC where he worked in the US Tax department. He focussed on his health and as his cancer moved to Stage IV. In 2013 he was given the all clear and in 2016 set up From Me to You, encouraged by the 100 letters he had received from co-founder Alison Hitchcock during his illness.
