We make sure that cares givers and health workers are knowledgeable about critical health diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00b7Offer interventions and initiatives that support the social determinants of health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Healthcare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> We make sure that kidney and Hiv and Aids patients are given the right care needed.
